How to export hold events from Rategenie
Do you sometimes have hold events within your Rategenie calendar that need to be exported? With your Rategenie hold events, you have that ability to export all of your hold events via CSV file.
Exporting a hold event:
Exporting Hold events will allows you to transfer important data in the form of Hold events to be used outside of Rategenie
- From your Dashboard, navigate to the left menu bar and locate Hold events and click there
- Then click Export at the upper right of the screen.
- Choose a name for your file and then select the columns that you wish to download
- Then click Download on the lower right corner
- Your CSV will be downloaded immediately to your computer or device
